Location

We are located in London in the UK. However, we like to travel, and if you invite us we can come to you. Or you can visit us for lunch. We are fluid - be like water my friends - adaptive, constantly changing our spots, dressed in other people’s clothes. We even occasionally ignore our mandate and do things that are completely irrelevant.  This is the meaning of fluidity: becoming the form into which one is allowed to flow. 

The demarcation between public and private space was an accidental outcome of the emergence of an architectonic apparatus: it was the chimney that made possible a self-determining consciousness of spatial boundaries, positing permissibility through a distinction between privacy and public visibility. The eureka moment arrived through the Scottish contribution to ideological domination, the advent of private property, with this the seeds were sowed for the fetishisation of capital and man’s alienation from the products of his labour.    

 Western Marxism’s intense analytic extension into the materialist tangibility of labour and its alienating outcome, Historical Materialism, the broken western-centric hegemonic apparatus derived from the dialectic of material conditions acting to solve conflicts inherent within a hierarchical socio politico system and it’s most basic material requirements. Dialectical materialism and its historical opposition constitute a  conflict between material need and its many contradictions, with political and historical events themselves derived from antagonistic social disparity. Communities disappeared.
